Gislingham Playgroup employs experienced and dedicated staff, who provide the highest possible quality care and education for the children in a welcoming, safe and happy environment.
DEBBIE HUNT
PLAYGROUP LEADER
Debbie is playgroup leader here at Gislingham, she is the named person for Health and Safety, the named Safeguarding coordinator and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO).
Debbie has a CACHE Level 3 NVQ in Children's Care, Learning and Development. Debbie is up to date with her First Aid for child carers, Safeguardingf Children and Food Hygeine.
LUCY SEYMOUR
DEPUTY PLAYGROUP LEADER

Lucy is the deputy playgroup leader and has been an employee of the playgroup for many years. Lucy is the deputy Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and the deputy Safeguarding Children Coordinator. Lucy has a Level 3 NVQ in Children's Care, Learning and Development. Lucy is up to date with her First Aid for child carers, Safeguarding Children and Food Hygiene.

HELEN POTTER
PLAYGROUP ASSISTANT
Helen has recently joined our team but has many years of childcare experience. Helen has a Level 3 NVQ in Children's Care, Learning and Development and is up to date with her First Aid for child carers, Safeguarding Children and Food Hygiene.
The Staff at Gislingham Playgroup are committed to keeping their skills and professional development up to date by attending regular training courses.

Relief staff are also employed to covere courses, illness or holidays.
​
All committee members and staff are checked by the Criminal Record Bureau.
